Comparison
WLog vs Fitbod (2026)
Why choose WLog over Fitbod?
- A real free plan. Logging, unlimited routines and custom exercises, automatic progression and the Apple Watch app are free with no time limit. Fitbod needs a subscription to log new workouts after its 7-day trial.
- You stay in control of the program. Run your own routine, a coach's plan or a classic like 5×5; WLog handles the numbers: your increment when every set hits its target reps, a hold after a miss, a 10% deload after three failed sessions.
- Import the plan you already have. Turn a photo, PDF, screenshot or text of a program into a routine (PRO).
- Lower price. WLog PRO is $6.99/mo or $39.99/yr; Fitbod is $15.99/mo or $95.99/yr.
